Nuts and seeds (no peanuts)
   raw nuts are best

Non Processed oils (cold pressed oils only)
   NO refined vegetable oils
   Coconut Oil & Grape seed Oil
   Extra Virgin Olive Oil (cold pressed)
   NO Veg. Oil or Canola Oil 
   NO Spray Canola OR PAM (they have hidden chemicals)

   TJ has great frozen garlic, basil & cilantro squares for sauté

GF Rice
TJ Brown rice (Frozen Microwavable )

    Clover or Raw Honey is best
Almond Flour
    if you buy Gluten Free flour make sure it doesn’t have potato flour
