209 pounds... I was SO unhappy & miserable.
I looked pregnant. I couldn't bend over to tie my shoes without holding my breath.
The skin between my legs rubbed so bad when I walked or ran. It turned bright red and burned during a workout. It was NO fun. My knees would ache after a run or any cardio. Being like this affected more than just my outward uncomfortableness. It affected my relationship with my husband, the relationship with my kids, the relationship with my friends... I was unhappy and grumpy 24/7
AFTER
142 pounds!!! YAY... I feel amazing. After making the changes to my nutrition & sticking to it the pounds starting shedding off!! (sorry the quality of pictures is horrible).
I am now working on toning and building some muscles!!
I went from a size 16-18 to a size 6-8!! WOW
It's amazing how many sizes I dropped!!
My tummy was ALWAYS the hardest spot on my body. This was the area that I saw melt away. It was the puffy pregnant looking area that I fought & fought to get rid of. But just changing my diet melted the fat off.
I strongly believe that you must learn to listen to your body. Eat foods that fuel and help you, not hurt and cause issues. This style of eating requires HARD work and prep. Reading labels and eating clean. But take a close look....
ITS WORTH EVERY POUND!!!!
